QUESTION: OUR TEACHERS ARE ALREADY UNDER A LOT OF PRESSURE. WILL WORKING WITH PROJECT THANK YOU BE A LOT OF WORK?

Answer: Not at all! Submissions to Project Thank You are collected through a simple online form and are delivered digitally. We have team members that are great with working with kids who can take you and your students through each step of the process.

QUESTION: CAN I JOIN THE PROJECT THANK YOU TEAM?

Answer: We will definitely be recruiting new members in the future. Please email us your details at contactprojectthankyou@gmail.com and we'll get back to you when we add new members!

QUESTION: WILL THIS COST OUR SCHOOL ANYTHING TO IMPLEMENT?

Answer: No. Project Thank You's cards are sent digitally, so there is no cost for envelopes, stamps, or delivery.

QUESTION: HOW DO THE LETTERS GET DELIVERED TO THE HOSPITALS?

Answer: The students' submissions that are collected will be placed into an accessible google folder which will be sent to hospitals.

QUESTION: HOW DO THE LETTERS GET DIVIDED UP AMONG HOSPITAL STAFF?

Answer: The hospitals can decide what they would like to do with them, but we want to make sure that the letters are seen by the staff as a means of encouragement and appreciation! Based on our other hospital engagements, they either printed the virtual letters out and posted them on a bulletin or kept it virtual and displayed it on a TV/monitor screen.
